With 18 years of experience, he has gone through all the steps of the career ladder from assistant driller to Deputy General Director of an oilfield service Company in Western Siberia with a total of more than 200 TKRS brigades.

He graduated from M.H. Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in Engineering Technology. He received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from KIMEP University.
He has 20 years of experience in taxation, finance, accounting and auditing. He started his career in the securities market of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He has held senior positions in leading private and national companies. Holds the qualification Certificate of the Auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Certificate of Professional Accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan, CIPA, CPA EURASIA.
